Tutu & Soul: A night of soul, RnB and Jazz tunes

Join African Drag Queen extraordinaire, Son of a Tutu for a night of soul, RnB and Jazz tunes in the west end’s Phoenix Arts Club.

Son of a Tutu is an award winning drag artist, prominent activist, writer and actor. In 2011 they won the cabaret competition ‘Drag Idol UK’.

Miss Tutu recently appeared on BBC stories which has been viewed half a million times to date and, was the face of Primark’s national Pride campaign (2019). They also conceived and directed the #YouCanDoBetter (microaggressions) viral video in the wake of the Black Lives Matter uprisings of 2020 and, were featured as one of the 50 Queens in Dan Jones’s book ‘50 Drag Queens Who Changed The World’. They are also due to appear in the upcoming motion picture “Everybody’s Talking About Jamie”
