We are excited to invite you to join us for the next live show of EFF IT, a live podcast recording hosted by Helen Lederer with two special interview guests (TBA soon!), along with Recent Graduate of School of EFF IT Jay McGuiness who is returning as Helen Lederer’s Artist In Residence!

EFF IT is the podcast that celebrates the moments that changed your life, the moments where you thought ‘Eff it’ and decided to do something about it.

Beloved by the world of entertainment, comedy and the arts, Helen Lederer (Absolutely Fabulous, Saturday Live) will be joined on stage by two brilliantly funny guests for an evening of laughter, oversharing and gloriously honest conversation about the moments that nearly made them or broke them.

After years of people pleasing and being bossed around by authority, Helen decided to Eff It and we expect her guests to share stories of moments they did the same.

Helen says: ‘I’m so excited to have you along with me on this original ride of fun and banter to celebrate life’s ‘Eff It’ moments. PS - there’ll be wine’.

Fresh from writing her uncensored memoir Not That I’m Bitter, Helen has finally stopped worrying about what everyone else thinks, and she wants to know when her guests did the same, or whether they have yet to embrace the privilege of not giving one.

So, EFF IT, grab a ticket and be part of the recording, have a glass of wine and discover exactly what happens when Helen and her guests finally run out of EFFs.
